However, when I asked for an inventory count I heard nothing, and despite sending weekly emails I heard nothing… for weeks. Eventually, it became obvious they lost my product and were clearly afraid to tell me! However, they did eventually pay me for the lost products, which I appreciated. Better communication through their errors would’ve made this a 5*"
