"Driver was very agitated and abrupt with us, we asked if we should pay the whole price up front and he accused us of not trusting him, then when we said we’d pay up front he said he’d rather not take card payments so we had to pay later because we didn’t have cash. Also when I booked and asked for an email confirmation they simply said “well you’ll have you email me, unless you call to cancel, we’ll be there”. Which is fair enough but I still wanted an email confirmation, which I did get but I didn’t think the resistance as necessary. Throughout our entire journey he was shouting at someone on the phone which made us all uncomfortable. Then on the pick up point he specified the Adelphi hotel but we weren’t sure exactly where and when we called to confirm where he was he shouted and said he’d been waiting 2 hours when all we were doing was confirming the exact pick up point. We arrived at the time previously agreed so he hadn’t been waiting any longer than pre-arranged. Overall, yes the company were reliable but the standard of customer service meant I won’t be using them again"
