"Bought a Smok RPM2 kit 3 spare coils and 4 10ml juices for £73 on the 22nd September which I thought after was a bit expensive, took it back today only 26 days later as it wasn’t changing.Told they only have a 7 day warranty, which I would have been told about if I’d asked when I purchased it. Said I’d dropped it, which I hadn’t. Very unhelpful and very expensive. Walked round the corner to Mr Motivaper and purchased a better model for half the price and with 28 days warranty"
"My husband bought a Regis Geek vape from this shop 3 weeks ago for £39.. It has completely stopped working. My husband called at the shop today and was told it could not be replaced as it was out of the 2 week warranty which he was never informed about on purchasing this device. He was told to send back to the manufacturer!! Appalling customer service!"
