"Absolute joke. I've used village/zcars for years never had an issue. I phone them today for them to tell me I'm blacklisted? Said I've not paid a taxi yet I've always always paid as I get to my destination. However the guy goes on to say its from November, this was when I phoned my partner a taxi and the driver refused to take him unless he paid upfront, he didn't have the cash on him as I was to pay when he got to me. So this will be the time I so called didn't pay. Absolute jokers"
"Been using this taxi firm since i moved to Oldham every week guaranteed several times a week even several times in a day. This firm has changed drastically from drivers to service to bookings asking for money up front for a job not complete wish i could get paid up front before i finish a job. Drivers aren't polite anymore even unprofessional. So from now on i will use another taxi service spent 100's even 1000's in fares with z cars. Not anymore."
