"I would rate 0 stars if I could! Booked a taxi for my brother paid over the phone he then cancelled and they charged a £7 fee that i totally agreed with however I was told they would put my money back into my account on the Monday I called for over a week to be pushed around and not given any answers regarding my money. £33 refund requested 9 days after the booking and then told to wait a further 5-7 working days! No manager when request and staff unable to do anything unless manager agrees or there absolutely useless& rude. Would definitely not recommend."
