After describing what I was looking for, the owner recommended a mid range model ( as opposed to trying to sell me the most expensive type as is the case in many shops ) because it would fit my needs. After a full demonstration I left with a great product and a free bottle of vape oil, TW also gave me a loyalty card on which points are accumulated with purchases leading to free oils. Same price as amazon, the difference being an immediate collection, loyalty bonuses, great service and the ability to go back to the store if any issues occur. Can't recommend highly enough."
