"Called in this morning to send a DHL return. Had not been an easy process to do the paperwork and there was a problem with it being accepted. The young man behind the counter was absolutely great, explained the problem to me and passed me on to his mum. She in turn was brilliant and phoned DHL and eventually got the problem solved. They both spent time to solve what was really my problem and were helpful, friendly and treated me with kindness and respect. A very big thank you to both of them!"
