"I received a cheque from Goldman Knightley in October 2022 but when I tried to pay it into my bank account it was returned! No explanation was given and I didn't receive an explanation from them. Since then I have rung them nearly every day and left messages and I have emailed them. Two weeks ago I actually had a phone call telling me that the cheque was returned because it was made out for the wrong amount and as soon as they were able to speak to the supervisor I would have my money paid straight in to my bank account. Two weeks on no money, no explanation and no response to yet more phone calls and more emails and messages. I really don't know how to resolve this matter. Can anyone advise me please"

"I have had messages to say urgent you need to fill this form in, but i haven't received anything and have tried everything to get in touch. No answering of phone no texts sent. Disgusting"

"I appreciate without them I would never have even pursued a settlement, but I am far from impressed with everything that has happened after that point! Between missing letters, outright lies, failures to meet self imposed deadlines and then a complete lack of transparency on costs, I'm regretting the whole thing. And I get the feeling I either sign and accept the less than 50% that they are offering after they have taken their "fees" or I get nothing as they won't answer my calls."
