"For the last decade Lee has successfully kept my Jaguars on the road. In that time I have come across all manner of issues (as most Jaguar drivers do!) and he has always managed to get to the bottom of the problem. His tenacity at nailing faults is outstanding. The latest problem on my XF was its desire to intermittently deposit coolant on my drive which he sorted through his usual thorough analysis. I have always found his customer focused approach and sensible pricing a winning combination. Sure, you don't get the filter coffee or a valet but at the end of the day you also don't pay extortionate main dealer prices."
