"I chose Simpson Millar and am so pleased I did. I liked them immediately from the initial calls when first receiving quotes. They provide great value for money. I had a change of solicitor along the way as my original one left. I dealt with a few different PA's but they were all good. There were a few communication issues with the change over but nothing major. It was never an issue that their offices were a long way from my home or the property I was purchasing. My solicitor Hayley Aspinall is exceptional. So professional and responsive and has amazing attention to detail.
