Reviews
"If you are returning a parcel with Evri, I would advise you take it to another drop off point. This place is a joke! The guy who runs the shop is arrogant and down right rude. He asked for my name, i didnt hear him so he just glared at me and then said “NAME”. I gave him my name and apologised that i hadn't heard him. He replied saying “I asked for your name, its not a complicated question”. He then proceeded to be rude about how he wanted the parcel positioning on the shelf. He will no doubt, reply saying I came and returned a parcel and that was it, similar to how he replies to other complaints, but believe me his behaviour was bizarre. I have dealt with an old gentleman in the store before and he was great, he even let me bring my bike in as I had forgot my lock, but the younger guy is utility incapable of any form of customer service."
"Everytime I go in this shop with a parcel I face the rudest staff. I always avoid it where possible, I won't shop there and help pay the wage of the guy in today even though its my local. If you don't like customers then don't work with them. Doesn't cost a thing to be polite but it seems like they prefer to have a bad attitude instead."
"Lots in there, good little local shop, really friendly staff just doesn’t look great from the outside"
"Staff were miserable, no manners and ignorant. Very blunt with instructions for returning a parcel. I wont be going here again."
"Staff are rude and incredibly unhelpful. Shop has hardly any items in it, more like a jumble sale than a shop. Wouldn't waste your time even stopping to go inside because they won't have anything you want to buy and even if they do, you'll want to put it back on the shelf and not give them your hard earned money when they talk to you with such little respect."
