"We work at local nursery and sadly due to the snow we were with out power and heat , we went to costa to order hot drinks for the staff to help keep them warm until the heating came back on. We ordered £80 worth of food and drink and the staff were amazing and handled the order with ease we waited roughly 20 minutes for our order to be completed and they still had smiles on their faces. I can not begin to thank the girls enough for helping to make our day we appologise for the sudden large order but honestly couldnt fault the service at all , we will be going back again hopefully for a smaller order next time ."

This was not planned, but I will remember it fondly and will happily visit again, hopefully on a sunny day."
