"If you don't have the time to read, the summary is that I would give 10 stars out fo 5 for Andrea and Natalie. Can't rate them enough I have been buying properties for the past 15 years and have always had bad experiences and was with the feeling that this is the way solicitors are. I saw the reviews on Andrea and the price was very reasonable so I wanted to give them a try In the last 6 month of the journey, they have been in constant contact with me at every stage and gave me the right advice. Andrea promptly replied to emails even during out of office hours. Everything that could possibly go wrong went wrong in this process but none of it were to do with Andrea. Andrea was the best from day one and it was only because of her service and promptness that we got the keys in the end. The sellers' solicitors were not very helpful, all through the process but Andrea and Natalie were constantly following up on them and acted on my behalf with the best interest. My bank refused for another extension on the mortgage offer as they had given multiple extension, but finally Andrea managed get it all done on the last day that the mortgage was expiring. If it was not for Andrea, I am sure we would have not got the keys and I would have had to start he whole process all over again. I am happy to provide personal feedback to anyone who needs further details of their services. I would have given 10 stars if google has that as an option. Keep the great work Andrea and Natalie"
