Reviews
"I can’t believe the condition of the seats and tables. Absolutely filthy and just think we are trying to get away from covid, what happened to cleaning or is that a thing of the past!"
"Don’t bother ordering a delivery. They can never get your order right and Uber never refund you, even though you’re paying above and beyond for a coffee. They don’t follow dietary guidelines (hence the specific order) and Uber are shocking at customer support, even though you submit photo evidence of the product. This branch never answer their phones and it’s hit and miss in store too, whether you get a good or rubbish coffee. Disappointment when you’re spending nearly £20 on two drinks for delivery. AVOID"
"This is a really middle of the road Starbucks. The staff aren't that friendly and I've been here a few times when they've run out of soya milk (there's a Sainsburys 50m away). Quite often tables are left uncleared and spillages aren't dealt with quickly. Today there was water all over the floor from a dog bowl right near the till so everyone was walking through the water. There are two toilets and one has been out of use for probably a year. I had my first (and last) pumpkin spice latte today. It was hideous - like watery, lukewarm butternut squash soup with loads of cinnamon. Seriously disgusting. There are lots of other coffee shops in Whitton with more character."
"I love this place. We try to go every Saturday and we take my lil dog there and he loves it. They are always really polite, fast and we always manage to relax and have a good time. My lil dog loves it so much that every time we pass by , he stops in front of the sliding doors and refuses to move !:)"
"A very nice place. It has a retro decor and during my visit it had songs from the 70s and 80s. Also if you are a hobbyist photographer it is a good place to take photos that leans towards nostalgia."
