"First of all one word to sum it up, amazing!!! I was recommended City Plumbing in Dronfield by my bathroom fitter, even though I had never heard of them. I hadn’t known where to start looking for a bathroom as I had never done it before but he said that they were good. So booked an appointment to see Gail and she was amazing. So helpful, knowledgable, asked questions about what I wanted and told me what options there was rather than being told what I should or shouldn’t have. Great variety of items to see in the showroom too which is a great help as you can actually see what you are getting then. Gail answered all my questions and I really felt she listened to what I wanted so make the process all so much simpler. Bathroom now fitted and I am very happy with all everything I ordered as no issues with anything at all. I was also happy with the price that I paid so again one word to describe the whole process is amazing. Highly recommend!!!"

"I can’t rate City Plumbing Dronfield enough. Aaron was excellent in providing advice and ideas. He did a free digital design for my new bathroom and was very accommodating with changing the design several times. Absolutely brilliant service. I’d definitely have made a mistake in my tile design had he not been able to show me in advance what it would look like & enable me to change the design accordingly. I ordered all the main suite from City for a great price and then a few items online myself as I was looking for colours that were particularly unusual. Aaron even incorporated those extra items on my design despite not ordering through them. I was very impressed and will definitely use them again."
