"After visiting today I can say that Jitterbugs in Greatbrdige is more ideal for toddlers. The Lego room didn't look very lit up at all. It did look closed to be honest until I saw people in there. The actually toddler part was damaged one of the soft play was torn at the back. A good handful of the balls was damaged. The part where the balls go in was getting jammed alot and can be quite a hazard as a lot of children's hands was messing with it (picture proven). They offer food it did look good but kids had take away yesterday wanted cook for them today. Prices seemed reasonable and staff was friendly and polite. Wouldn't want to go here when it's busy especially for toddlers as there part is very small."

"Kids love this place, food is ok and space is good fact you ofto use card only to get the electric bikes to work but can pay cash for everything else. But kids love it 3 story of soft play reasonably priced."

"For anyone planning to visit this place, honestly don't! Just like previous reviews have stated, it's absolutely disgusting and unbelievably dirty. Totally over priced for what it is. The photos online are very deceiving to say the least. We cut our visit short as I couldn't endure another moment there. The tables were absolutely filthy when we sat down. Food all over the floor and sticky tables, the play area shocking, grim and full of rubbish.. And I'm shocked to see several plug sockets easily accessible for children to mess with - especially as so many are unsupervised. After coming out the play area my daughter was covered in dust and whatever else was lurking in the filth. For anyone taking the risk and checking it out - keep a watchful eye on your belongs as someone tried to take off with my daughters coat. Luckily spotted them with it and got it back! I most certainly won't be visiting this place again, and I don't hold much hope for star city either. This place doesn't even deserve a one star!!!!"

"Great soft play venue, was recommend Monster Mayhem by a friend. He said is was great, so it had to be tested out. Place is very big inside, lots going on. Well laid out. Staff were very friendly, prices a bit higher than others in the area but the place is bigger and better. If you want to go around with your child, you will have no issues, bounce castle, trampolines, football (mini) pitch, big slide, mini ball pit, lego room this place had alot going on. We had some food on the day. Chicken and chips - fair portion sizes. Highly recommend to anyone with small children looking for a fun few hours."

"Absolutely disgusting place was filthy, cobwebs everywhere dust piled high, floors needed a good mop. Bins full and the only 1 toilet available in ladies had pee all over back of seat and dirty we arrived at 9.40 so all this didn't happen over night. The under 4 play area is not good because the high step to get onto equipment is to high."
