"Really like this place and have been a few times now as it has a lot to offer. I only wish more attention was paid to cleaning the areas the babies use. I would recommend this place as the facilities are good and the location is really handy but some serious dusting needs to be done all round."
"Really great morning activity. My 3 year old grandson had a fantastic time. He especially loved the fire engine and station, the shop and pretend cafe. We all had to constantly return to these to put out more fires, buy more food, post letters, collect mail. He was so happy it was delightful. Real cafe was an added bonus for all of us. All staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. All apparatus was clean and safe. Really enjoyed by toddler, mum and grandma. Would recommend for anyone with young children."
"This is a favourite for my kids. Lots to play with. Imaginative and exciting. Which is all you need from a soft play really. Simply could not give 5 ⭐️ because the food could always be a bit better and there was no coffee the last time I went. Going to soft play where there are kids running around and not being able to have a coffee should be a crime!"
"This place is fantastic for kids. It has so many things for kids to do. It has a full-size carousel as well as a large soft play course a race track a load of play shops full of toys for that shop. Dress up area and a cafe. It's not cheap. 1 adult + 2 children costs £22 and a bit of change. However they take photos of you and the kids so nobody could leave with them and it feels very secure. My kids cried when we left after 2.5 hours because they still wanted to play."
"Great place for kids to play!! This is a great place for kids of all ages babies, toddlers and pre school. You're welcomed by a friendly team member, we were the first to arrive so had the place to ourselves for ages. There is plenty for them to do all around the well laid out areas. The first section at the top of the stairs or from the lift is the fire engine and firehouse. Just around the corner is a great small carousel fair ground ride. The jungle gym soft play is large and spread out on 2 levels. Kids can dress up in various dedicated play areas such as a vet, mechanic or pizza chef and have the play food or toys to match. There's a miniture race track circuit, arts and crafts area, which didn't seem open. There are lots of lego building block of all sizes around. There is a cafe at the back to grab food or drink, next that is the toilet. They do birthday parties which is great. The staff were busy putting everything in the right place when we arrived. Overall I thought it was great, definitely a place to take the kids during the holidays or when you want to get out of the house. This is an expensive set up and an asset to the town centre that we should use before we lose. I would say the top of the stairs need a gate similar to the entrance, for safety from escapees! With any children's play centre it's important for staff to remember a smile and being friendly to the children is what keeps them in a job which they chose to do."
