"Visited this place just before Xmas and had the best chicken gyros and lamb souvlalki ever since greece. The meat was perfect, the salad, chips and condiments were excellent along with the huge portion sizes. Very pleased. However visited there again this February, expecting the same service. I tried to order the same as before but different menu, and was told no lamb, only chicken so enquired about the changes but was told its the same management, despite different menu and prices hikes. We had to wait over half hour for the food to come, during which I asked for garlic sauce and was given a huge bowl of tatsiki and bread instead. £4 was added to my bill for this. I had to remind the staff about our drinks. Which arrived again 20mins after arrival The platter was a lot smaller than before, the chicken meat was warm, the chips were cold. I asked for it to be heated up but they replaced the whole meal, with the meat still being warm. I also enquired about chilli sauce and was given a carribean hot pepper sauce bottle? I was quite disappointed at my second visit and hopefully it was just a one off as this beaut of a place is a much needed necessity on this dismal high street of fast food chains. "I went to Zen Grill for the very first time on Saturday afternoon. I just wanted a quick snack. I ordered grilled Chicken on a Pitta bread which came with chips and salad. I also had a Greek beer called Mythos . The service was wonderful with a great waiter. I thoroughly enjoyed the food and calm atmosphere. Greek music playing along with Zorba's theme . I highly recommend as the prices are very reasonable. Looking forward to going back soon Derek"
