"Called Parr and asked for availability, I was given the price and arranged to collect, arrived at the yard, paid for my order and was given a chit, went to the cutting shed to collect my order, only to be told, no, we don't have 6ft, we only have 8ft, I asked if they would cut some 6ft for me, yes, but you will have to pay for 8ft, yeah right, Parr lost a customer today!"

"I called joseph parr spoke to a few agents and got different prices from taking a order of £956.00 with my builders trade account after quoting me a lower price they quoted a much higher price after a few changes I already know the rough cost of the items.I realised they had misquoted me then so i decided to call Joseph parr Oldham I received a price of £826.00 for they same items. Therfore I cancelled my order and was charged £50.00 cancellation BUT STILL £80.00 CHEAPER.LOL. I am still waiting for a refund to be be processed a week later after making 5 calls I am very DISAPPOINTED,POOR SERVICE AND NOT COMPETITIVE AT ALL."
