"Disappointing! didn't engage all children well and involve all, worked with a small group. Didn't come dressed as a troll as expected, instead dressed in70 s theme. Party started at half 1,was supposed to arrive at 1/4 past to be all set up but didn't arrive until 25past meaning that she was not set up when people had arrived. Some trolls songs but not really what i expecyed from a disco, small disco ball and songs played from phone through speakers. i had been told that there would be trolls themed party games, musical statues was all that was done and the pass the parcel that i provided. d not really what I was expecting. i was told the children would be involved in learning a teolls dance, the same 1 dance was done ech time. had very little control of the group. planned to give each child a glitter tatoo,which were good, but was going to do this as part of the party meaning 29 children left to amuse themselves whilst done 1 by 1. didnt make birthday girl feel special or very involved . all in all a very dissapointed btthday girl that a troll didnt arrive. the frozen party review are good but this was inno way trolls themed. not what i was led to expect and definatly not worth the money. couldnt reccomend and wont be using again. Following the owners response below I am updating this review. The owners response appeares to be describing a different party as is certainly not the one that we experienced. the entertainers view of this party is obviously very different from the family and most importantly the birthday girl. i appreciate the owner is trying to protect thier 'brand' ( and appears to have spoken to people, amazingly, whowerent even present! our family and friends made comment such as waste of money and shocking) however i have no reason or gain in leaving a negative review other than to warn others so they do not experience the sane dissapointment that we did. as the family it is quite evident that we were in fact not happy with the party. i stand by my review and would advise others to go elsewhere, could not recommend at all."
