"There have been mixed experiences with this branch. Firstly I was very happy with the operator who gave me information about the grit sands and gravel I wanted to buy, and the salesperson when I ordered them at the counter. However, the delivery was really poor. The branch and I arranged it to be on Thursday afternoon. I paid for it because I spent less than £100. But they didn't deliver at all on that day, and I didn't know they postponed the delivery until I rang them myself the second time at around 5 pm. I did ring to ask before that at around noon but they said I should wait for their call. No one did. Finally they delivered it on Friday morning though the driver was helpful in loading my purchase into my garage. I am not happy that I had to wait for the whole day uninformed about the failed delivery while I paid it and the time was arranged."

"Paid for three bags of sand, they were loaded into my car, when I got home two of them looked like they had been stored in the deep end of an Olympic swimming pool. Made a right mess of my car and completely useless to use. Waste of my time and money."
