"Been using this salon for about 12 months won’t be going again previous visit I was asked if I wanted powder on to strengthen my nails when he had finished they were thick and looked false When I went back last week asked for french polish as this is what I normally have was told it was going to cost me 50.00 I refused saying I had never paid this much I just wanted gel french polish she looked very annoyed and started filing and buffering my nails then placed my hands in a bowl and started doing another customers nails 20 minutes later I looked at my nails and I was horrified they looked all red and gluey substance on them I think someone said something because she came back and said they needed soaking and asked if I was unhappy I said yes the least you could have done was told me what you were doing She continued to and did a french polish I wasn’t pleased as she cut my nails short and after 2 days all the white tips came of and my nails are so sore . The staff are so rude they don’t even have a conversation"

"Let's just say I would have given it a 0 stars if I could. Absolutely disgusting I showed the man a picture of how I would want my nails and they look absolutely nothing like the picture they're just a mess....i do understand you can't always got them exact but these couldn't be any further from the photo I showed him. honestly haven't ever been so upset. Also the man cut my finger when filing the cuticle and made my finger bleed I jumped and he found himself hilarious of what he had done. I used to use this nail shop when I first started having my nails done and they was amazing don't know what happened just never met someone so rude, when I asked to speak with the manager his attitude was disgusting i didn't even ask for ombre I told the man I didn't want that but he didn't listen. So I was charged £35 for something I didn't ask for and a disgusting customer service."

"This was my favourite nail salon for 6 years straight, I never had a bad experience with them. Ever since it changed hands it's horrible. I've been back 3 times and every single time it was shocking. Fiddling with prices on the spot, you don't get to choose how you want your nails - they decide and debate you over it in the rudest of ways, skill is far below par..my 'fresh set' looks like it's been done by a 5 year old. An overall frustrating and unsatisfying experience. I'll never be back..."

"I'm only visiting Rotherham but desperately needed infills or to start from scratch, so I chose Lily's to go to. When I saw the sheer amount of colours and effects, beautifully laid out salon and experienced technicians I was already very impressed and happy with my choice. When I saw the super awesome cats eye effect, I was finally swayed away from my usual neon nails. Now I need to work out if I can visit Rotherham every month for infills because I have finally found the perfect salon! Really responsive and fast answers online as well. They went above and beyond to make me comfortable and as I suffer severe anxiety, I was really grateful for the comfort. 1000/10"
