"Sold me a faulty phone screen which would not let me click anything on the screen on the first day I purchased it. I called the day he sold it to me and he said to go call the police which left me very concerned as I had just spent £130. Then when I came into the shop the manager (who sold me the phone screen) decided to personally verbally abuse me, making comments about how I am dressed and saying 'You have no brain' and proceeded to shout at me. He then told me to leave otherwise he would call the police despite me being polite through the whole process. I have done nothing wrong no way to speak to a long term customer just because they sold me a faulty screen which I had a RECEIPT AND WARRANTY for 3 months with it. Shame because I have been a customer for 5 years! I used to consult with a different gentlemen it seems he has left, this new manager is a cowboy"
"Went to get my phone screen fixed, was told it would be a 20 minute job. I received the phone a day later when the screen wasn't working. I thought it was odd they didn't even bother checking but they said it was working when they fixed it. Anyway I then let them have it for another day to fix and it looked fine when I took it home but immediately started playing up and didnt work again. I took it back a second time and they said they would send it to the "warehouse" over the weekend while I was away, I came back on Monday and the phone seemed repaired but even now the keyboard is way worse than it was for typing and it seems to be playing up. Wasted my money and my phone screen is worse than it was."
