"Great products and quick delivery A* service"
"I ordered a punching bag with pull-up bar bracket from amazon and it was faulty. when i called AQF Sports through the google my business page, a gentleman by the name Fahad answered and he helped me arranged the return process step-by-step on the amazon app. The next day i had a Yodel collection for the item and gave me a new bracket. I mistakenly added an extra item to the return parcel which was the chain for my punching bag, when I called Yodel customer service, they were completely useless and repeatedly lied. So then I called AQF luckily for me the same AQF agent (Fahad) answered I explained what had happened and he arranged for my chain to be sent back to me free of charge. This was true customer service/support at its finest. AQF please recognise Fahad as he is an asset to your company, he made a stressful situation very easy."
