"The owner either should retire or go and find a job he likes because he's a rude person who threatened to "rip my face off" just because I wanted to pay by credit card. Avoid this shop. Interesting to see that I'm not the only one that has been on the end of his temper I guess I should pity him. I do actually. It must be horrid sitting behind that counter all day whilst trying to be nice to people. By people I mean customers who come to spend money in his shop which provides food for his table. Still he's done me a favour I guess as I'll never set foot in the place again. If the owner responds to this it will be a lot of lies so be warned."
"A good dose of customer service training is required here after several incorrect parts were sold. Three trips back to the shop to be told ‘at your age you need to listen’ . Blatant rudeness is not what anybody needs when trying to shop for the right parts for a DIY job. So much for supporting local business … I won’t be putting a penny your way again Ex Lax."
"Great to have a local independent store which such a broad range & with reasonable prices."
"It seems like everything you could need is here! Beware it can be a little tight walking around the store due to the amount of products. The staff were very helpful and friendly finding what we need. Will definitely be coming back for my DiY needs."
"Great local DIY shop, holds a surprisingly large range of stock for a small shop. Popped by this afternoon for an internal door handle, and ended up buying a wide array of other bits and pieces too (in typical DIY fashion!). Staff are friendly and helpful, prices are very reasonable and cheaper than B&Q on many products. Plenty of parking nearby too. Will definitely be back again, cheers!"
