"I read the last review from Sheema and can only endorse what was said as we have had similar experiences over the years buying various products ranging from vacuum cleaners to various integrated appliances. I was also impressed with the given time slot for delivery, installation and collection of old machine as this saved me repeating the experience of a whole day wasted some years ago, waiting around for another supplier, who failed to turn up. "I have been a customer of this shop for many years and have appreciated how they (Martyn) will do whatever it takes (including intensive searches) to ensure I get the product/s that meet my needs. In addition, I have now had them install a couple of built-in products (dishwasher and washing machine) which proved to be difficult as well as a freestanding condenser dryer under a counter and behind doors. All has been done with the utmost care and where another installer might have given up (especially on the built-in washing machine), Michael didn't and got it to fit.
