"During this pandemic my daughter was meant to have a 13th day party which I booked kid dj... We are under local restrictions and are not aloud to hold party's.. I've tried to contact this company who I've paid a £70 deposit on the acknowledgement that they could provide a dj to my what was party in nov... Due to the pandemic this company CANT provide me the service we booked.. I've reasonablely asked for my deposit returned which is in my right to do so while we're are in a pandemic... Only to be told I can't have it and I have 12 months to use them... I don't want to use this company again and because they can't provide the service promised on the dates booked they rightfull should return my deposit... Instead they are with holding it and refusing to reply to emails... I'm a working mum who's a key worker who's worked all the way tho lock down and didn't expect a company to treat me in such a way... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY and until I receive a full refund I'll make sure everyone I know will not use this company again..."
