"Bit hard work dealing with this company, but got what I wanted in the end. I don't think my £7500 order was big enough for them. 2 years down the road and my taps are dripping, many of the doors no longer work correctly and I now realise the quality of their products are very poor. I did call 4 weeks ago about my dripping taps and was told they will call me back, they never did as their customer service is as bad as their products. I have made 3 calls to order a part and each time I was told someone would call me back, but they never did which just about sums up their customer services."
