"For a new year eve night it was acceptable. The artists was ok"
"The Tardis! I envisaged a Phoenix Nights vibe when I arrived, but the venue was big inside, with a warm & welcoming feeling from the Locals. There's a large curved bar area, connected to a large function room, separated by a double sided bar. The drink prices were very reasonable & bar service was rapid. The decor is very neat if a little dated & the venue is very clean. You can tell a lot about a venue by the state of the loos, & the spotless condition continued through to the WC's. It's a decent local night out & the large, purpose built function room would be an excellent choice for family events."

"You're definitely in Partington if you're here. If the teenagers cheering you on on your way in don't clue you in, the extensive classic beer offer will, until you look around and the decor rubs it in your face. I love it."
