Reviews
"Great place to purchase all your home utensils, reasonably priced. Went to get the most happening plates, which everyone is talking about. The multi plate use plate, with loads of items can be put in one plate."
"I have visited this store a few times and have purchased quite a few Indian utensils only because this is one of the few indian utensil stores closest to where I live. However if I had the option I wouldn’t visit this place because the staff is very rude. They have never been helpful with any queries etc., I have seen different people at the till every time I’ve visited and the one thing that was common among all of them was that all of them have always been rude. They do not know what customer service is and they do not care at all to help their customers. So definitely not a friendly / welcoming place in my opinion."
"Overcrowded with the sales staff being very rude. Picked up a pan which wasn't boxed, and a elderly lady demanding where I got it & demanding that I pick a boxed piece. At the check out counter asked for the steel tongue cleaner. The cashier handed it to me & when I asked for another one ( slightly different design) just grabbed it from my hand & handed me the other one, so there was no way of comparing the two. Appears to be a family run establishment, totally indifferent to the customer. It may be because they are the only shop in the area which sells such Indian items. Will never step into the store again. Totally disgusted with the experience."
"So rubbish, very far right political and Islamaphobic. Never had such a bad experience in my entire life. Furthermore, the products were inexplicably hillarious. Take a look at the attached photo. Nike knives? What a joke of a store. Don't go here if you have an intention of having a nice day. Totally ruined my mood."
