"Called into Costa for a warm choc with my 2 daughters. The youngest needed to use the toilet, when I went into the toilet this is how i found it. As i look after Cleaning FM i was absolutley appauled by the state of this toilet facility. Hygene was disgusting, toilets look have not to been cleaned for a long period of time. Hand rails filthy, no soap in broken empty duspenser, sink full of grime, wall tiles all stained and the worat thing the toilet was full of urine. I spoke to a male member of staff who excuse was that there was only a few staff.... What a disgrace! Hygiene disgusting."
