"Sold me a wall unit that wasn't on the plans they drew up for me and so I didn't actually need it... My builder then used the door to the unit for something else and opened the hinges. They would not provide a refund for either even though it was their incompetence that led to this mistake. Fortunately I got a refund for the cupboard carcass itself as this was unopened. Really poor service."
