"My first appointment went okay, and I called beforehand. The staff are abrupt, and not always professional and friendly. I visited a second time for infills at 4:30 pm (Sat, 11 Jun) after booking the last slot and calling beforehand. So, it was okay to attend the appointment. I noticed the staff rushing the procedure. The application did not look decent, so I requested the nail tech reapplies the paint. However, the nail tech serving me decided to remove the paint to close. I went to a different nail salon to complete the job that identified an incorrect acrylic application. When I went a final time, I greeted the staff serving. The staff member rushing previously came into the room and spoke the entire time. She mentioned that she does not think the salon is suitable for me. I arrived at 1:45 pm (Wed, 6 Jul). The other staff appeared startled. It is also disappointing since I travelled for the appointment. There is no procedure for complaints, although that could be avoidable."

"This is a great salon. I moved to Sheffield from Leeds and was anxious to find a good salon. I tried a couple but was not satisfied with the way that they did my nails. Heathers however is fantastic. Having had acrylic nails for more than 14 years this is one of the best salons that I have ever used. The staff are very precise in the way that they work and very hygienic. They take great care to ensure that the nails are exactly as you want them. The range of colours and styles are extensive and they are equally happy to create a new design that suits you or to replicate a design you bring to show them. The quality of their work is exceptional. The staff are very friendly; always offer you a drink and are supportive and caring to customers. I recently had my first pedicure there and it was amazing. I have a disability and they did everything to facilitate my pedicure in the easiest way fo me. I wholehearted recommend this salon."

"I have been to Heather’s 3 times now for acrylics and every time they have been brilliant! Clare always does a fab job of my nails and they last 4+ weeks with no lifting. She is also always careful with my dry hands and cuticles! Everyone is always so friendly and welcoming and include everyone in their conversations too. Can’t wait to have my next set already!"
