"Good quality products. The staff are nice when you first go in for a quote etc. Once the process begins and you’ve paid, however, lots of issues began. The staff member we dealt with for most of the process was extremely rude and threatening at times. We got the wrong amount of supplies upon first delivery. Then they took excess money from us because we had “excess” supplies. We didn’t. We finally just had the right amount. This money was never returned, despite my many attempts at resolving it. Would use Howdens again but not this specific branch sadly."
