"I have brought them Japanese heated rug to to check if its possible to fix, they took my details and said that will give a call when they have had a look at it. I have waited for a month (no joking) but no contact was made so I decided to pay a visit. They said that were quite busy and my item is next on their list. Then I have waited for another month and decided to pay another visit, but woman was on the phone, and then left outside of shop deeper into the building while I was waiting for her to finish talking, like I was not present, so I left too. I then didn't wait for a month and came in today and she said that they cannot fix the rug (however I have a feeling that they didn't even bother too look). So here we go, if you have broken stuff you need to storage they are your guys."
