"I'll start by saying the store owner's responsiveness is 10 outta 10, but I'm having an absolutely terrible experience regarding the wash machine I was recommended and sold, following two months of waiting for it to come in stock. Since it was forcibly installed at the beginning of October, I've had problems and I'm chasing daily either the handyman the shop owner recommended, or the warranty of the product. Handyman tells me it should have never been installed the way it was, the Beko warranty fixes leak with a glue gun and now the machine drum sounds like a drum set. Just off the phone again to report it to the warranty, and I'm interrogated as if I have caused the issue. At this moment I'm out of pocket the money I've paid for the machine, and it being installed wrong, as well as £150 for the handyman to "reinstall", and no doubt when the engineer comes to look at he machine again next week they'll hit me with another bill should they think the issue is in fact because of the handy work. All a real shame as me and my neighbour have given the shop over 2k pounds worth of business in the past 6 months."
