"My review is regarding the Leeds shop which I would not reccomend. These barbers have zero respect for the customers. I turned up for my appointment at the allotted time and the shutters were down. I waited 45 mins in the rain for someone to open the shop. Once open, a member of staff told me my barber was on his way and then he went upstairs so I was alone in the shop. I waited another 15 mins and left. The level of unprofessionalism is beyond me and I will put my life on it that it'll close soon because you simply cannot run a business like this."
