"Toolstation Halesowen are a great local tool store, the staff are always helpful and polite, most items are usually in stock and if not are usually ordered in within 24 hours, the pricing of their products are very competitive, even against online stores and easily beat their next door neighbor's Screwfix on price on most items but sometimes they just don't have what you need and you have to pop next door, but on a whole when I need something tool wise asap Toolstation Halesowen is usually my first port of call."

My recent visit involved purchasing a large, bulky and heavy piece of equipment. Counter Staff member Andrew, insisted on carrying it for me to my vehicle, ensuring it was safely secured for my homeward journey. Little touches like this impress me and escalate the already good level of customer service to a new high. Can you imagine B&Q doing likewise? I think not…..you’re lucky if you can’t find a member of staff there to even speak with! Like to say a big thank you specifically to Andrew and well done to all the guys, (and a girl), at Toolstation, Halesowen branch, for first class customer service and always a friendly welcome.
