"Excellent Went to Skirting4u as I had difficulty getting the size of skirting board I needed - they have all sizes. They were as helpful as could be to get my delivery sent as quick as was feasible. I then complicated matters as I decided to add architrave to my order in the hope of getting both at the same time. They went out of their way to get that added to the same delivery and somehow managed it while keeping me informed all the way. Fitter tells me it's good quality skirting. Would definitely recommend buying from here."
"All was fine until the delivery, the driver messed up, and during this mix up he took wood that belonged to us. Skirting for you cannot contact the driver, and they won't refund me for the length of wood I am short. A week and a half later, after a 2 hour round trip and more spending at cost to myself I have finished the job I set out to do. With no help from skirting4u I do not appreciate the company saying this is my fault and they won't refund me for what I haven't had because the driver took my order back. Despite me showing messages that the driver had indeed taken the extra lenght and he chose not to respond, lied to his manager and now is away for 3 weeks. Poor really, no objection handling, and poor customer service from their office when trying to offer a resolve (by means of telling me tough luck)"
