"Been prescribed urgent antibiotics this evening, sent here by BARDOC. Just been to collect at 8.45pm and pharmacy is closed. Try telling the out of hours service what time you actually close then they don’t send urgent prescriptions here! Not impressed at all."

"Staff are always pleasant but definitely NOT open until 11pm and same experience as others wait days and then told prescription not come down from literally upstairs or not go full amount, ive had to pay for an emergency prescription then pay again to finally get the original!!!!"

"I phoned on a Tuesday around 8.30 in the evening like I do sometimes as me and the wife know the gentleman who answers is always helpful. A very polite gentleman answered took the call (Called Abdul), told me exactly what information I needed about my medication and how much it would cost for certain medication that was hard to get hold in my pharmacy near me and told me that the pharmacy had in stock so come down. I was told if I was free to come down as it was quiet compared to normal which personally, I say needs to be sorted as its dangerous folks getting wrong or incorrect medication with the just one member of staff alone doing everything. The gentleman was very good and pleasant unlike some of the other staff I have had to deal with!! Very rude staff especially during the day!! The lads on Sunday have been pleasant and Karen the former supervisor has been good. Service was fantastic and smooth but was sad to find out that another lovely gentleman (Called Moh) who I would usually deal with on Tuesdays and got to know quite well wasn’t working with the company anymore and had sadly left which I can understand. So some positive feedback for him also I have to say Cohens always was a great pleasure getting served by him always the loveliest smile on his face! Always had interesting sport views A good, lovely gentleman just unfortunate he’s gone! Wish I could give chocolates to him to say thanks for the many times he helped us! Thanks, Cohen, for employing Abdul lovely gentleman and sad to see your other staff Moh go was great to be served by him and having a great conversation about sports and things like life even the wife said the same. A great experience like most of the time with Cohens Breighmet however sometimes it sure is appaling! . Pleasurably service so this time had to give a review."
