"This is ridiculous they make you wait for 15 minutes whilst they chat on the phone, they think we are all free like them, very disappointed with the service, I will be changing the collection services and go with boots the chemist. I have also lodged an official complaint about this as this is not the first time its happened, its every time not just with me but with other elderly customers as well. The ladies staffs are the worst thinking they are doing us the favour in fact its us doing you the favours by keeping you in your jobs, if we stop using your pharmacy so you realise what will happen to your chemist? Think about it and if the senior member of the management is reading this, it's about time you train your staffs, they are very prejudiced towards Asians even though you employ few of them who are just as bad"
