"Awful service, I would’ve given 0 star if I could always make you wait 40 mins to collect your prescription when it’s only a 3 minutes job. Not sure what had happened to our health services they doing it on purpose so that we die and they don’t have to pay us pension."
"Always long wait the staff are lazy they make you wait for hours for no reason at all. I think they’re doing it on purpose they hate everyone Thank you."
"Wait half a hour for they to tell you they haven't got your medication used to be a good pharmacy but not any longer."
"What an absolute sham of a pharmacy. Want to call to check? You won't be answered. Want to get your prescription in their advertised hours? Good luck and hope they've not randomly closed. Want to get helped quickly? Hahahaha, enjoy your unnecessary wait. Want someone who a shred of empathy? You won't find staff with that here. Want competency? You're better off elsewhere. They shut early half the time without any warning and the staff have no sympathy for people who need their prescriptions. I arrived at 5:25 to be told "we're closed now at 5:30 because of staff shortages" I guess 5:25 is the new 5:30 that also happens to be the new 6. They were closed at 2 pm two days before. If you work normal hours and have any kind of commute I guess you're out of luck. I went to the GP to see if I could be helped and 4 people were there already needing prescription help. They could be putting people at medical risk with this. This is a poorly managed pharmacy and they've left me without medication for days due to their lack of transparency with customers. This isn't the first time this has happened either. Even when I order as far in advance as I can I am left without medication due to their erratic closing times and inability to hold staff. Even when you get there in time for left waiting for ridiculous times and sometimes there's queues out the door. Or I've been ignored for more than 5 minutes at a time when there are multiple people behind, some who I've witnessed not doing anything. This place has really gone to rubbish and there's no point in using them for any regular prescriptions. Switch to Cohen's or Gatley's."
"This pharmacy used to be brilliant until it was taken over. It now offers appalling service, long waiting times, items unavailable, perscriptions not processed and over worked staff! I shall be moving."
