"I've been coming to Parade Pharmacy for the past 35 years or more and the staff are truly helpful and patient to reduce the complexity of each individual and his/her associated medications. That's in essence facilitated to build a beneficial common trust. As someone who had a lot of experience with different pharmacies in Manchester, for one reason or another, and whether a supermarket, a hospital or ordinary pharmacy, some pharmacists have been rude, lack of empathy, made me waiting for more an hour, interrogating and questioning me for trying to obtain the simplest medication on prescription, as to whether for myself or the family! This is not the case with parade pharmacy. Really at present they are the best due to their efficiency and customer care. We are very thankful for them to be our main and local pharmacy, thank you Parade Pharmacy. Ah, I forgot they do delivery too."
"Worst customer service! Kept me waiting 25 minutes just to collect a pre ordered prescription! Ignored me completely while serving other customers AND shop was really untidy with staff unpacking boxes and shelf dressing THEN turned on dirty vacuum cleaner with blocked filter - had to nip outside for fresh air it smelled awful!! I was wearing mask and trying to stay safe from Covid! Suspect this place is under new management because it no longer closes for lunch and back room staff looked different! Such a pity it used to be very good, quick service, and friendly!"
