"Absolutely dreadful service. Been calling all day and no one has the decency to answer. At one point the phone was put down on me and when I tried to call back it stated line busy. You get in store and are greeted by a miserable pharmacist who has no desire to help people or matter in fact be there. Might aswell shut down. Avoid this chemist at all costs. Waiting times are ridiculous!!!"
"What was once a very functional and reliable pharmacy has now become one of the worst experiences. The waiting times are phenomenal. What used to take around 5/10 minutes now takes 30 minutes at least and on many occasion I have been asked to return after 60-90 minutes. The fact they no longer open on a Saturday morning is a poor decision."
"Awful. We waited for 45 minutes. The pharmacy was packed we presumed they were just delayed. After 45 minutes I complained and only then they told me the medicine had been discontinued. Avoid if you have any other pharmacy options."
"I have always found them to be most helpful, slow and careful behind the counter, but I would want to collect medicine prepared by a chemist in a rush ! Yesterday I phoned and spoke to Jane, she sorted out an inhaler for my daughter as she's broken hers. No fuss, just call back in a couple of hours and it'll be ready sir . She even contacted the doctors to get the repeat prescription so I didn't have to be on hold forever. Great friendly service. 5*"
"I went to thos pharmacy for a couple of years through gritted teeth I might add. So a few issues really the pharmacy seems to open when they feel like it and closes with no pre warning just a printed sign on the door. Trying to get through on the phone is like waiting for money to grow on trees, wait times are a joke, most staff are very rude, they consistently got my daughters medication wrong and then had the audacity to get rude with me when I would raise this issue and purposely make me wait. There was or still is a lady African I believe who was awful, very negative, very unsympathetic and just quite nasty to me and most customers she came in contact with. She got my daughters prescription wrong and when I came back she got very defensive and told me it was right. Told her I know what medication my daughter has and that is not it. She was proved very wrong handed me the medication and told me to leave and said I was the one who had caused a scene. If she's still there she needs the sack. I then needed medication for my 4 year old son after taking him to the docs upstairs which he had sent down the prescription down there, Went to pick it up and it was closed due to unforeseen circumstances. I then had to wait to have the prescription re sent to another pharmacy. Its shocking. Needless to say I left there and now attend Harry's which is faultless in my opinion. Steer well clear."
