"2 stars because they do have a good range but the prices aren't usually any cheaper than Wickes, B&Q, or any other builders merchants that's open to the public.....so what's the point of a trade only outlet? 2 stars also because at least one person in the store is slacking. I left an order to be prepped and for me to be called back in 10-15 mins. I ended up calling back myself after 2 hours of not having heard anything. The excuse I was given was 'it said the number was switched off', which it never is, and I received other calls in the interim. 2 stars because the same person was told to have my order shipped to the same billing address as the card that was used for payment. I even specifically recall saying, having just given my address "that address is also the delivery address", but guess what happened? On delivery day, I get a call telling me the delivery is 10 mins away. I ask for the goods to be dropped on the driveway and get a familiar response from the driver, "Is that a residential address, because the order's to be delivered at XXXXX?". So despite my asking for the order to be delivered to a residential address, it's being sent to my office! Why? Because I want to take the items to site personally. I mean, if it was a one off, you could understand, but when you get repeat incompetence, you begin to wonder why the hell you're bothering. If not for the range of items, free bulk delivery, and proximity, I'd have switched ages ago."
