"The perfect example of what a builders merchant should be! I tried these guys out via a recommendation. I needed a boiler for a rental and they had a good selection off the shelf at very very competitive rates. JJ the department manager introduced himself giving me his contact details and saying feel free to contact me any time and i will always respond asap. They have a coffee machine and soup for customers - a nice touch. The set up is neat and tidy with everyone in branded work wear and importantly everyone looked like they wanted to be there unlike what you find at other merchants, there was definitely a good vibe there.
