"Went to this salon after a previous one had ruined my hair. They fixed the problem and everything was fine. Now I've had to leave this one too because now THEY have absolutely ruined my hair. Whole top layer of hair has snapped at the roots after bleaching was not done properly. Hair is now a proper mess while I have to wait for the short, dried out parts of my hair to grow and heal. My self confidence has been destroyed. Also, COVID measures were paltry at best, with improper face wear being worn by some (just visors/no masks) and customers that didn't want to wear masks didn't have to. Made me feel very unsafe as a clinically vulnerable person. Would not recommend."
"I was to this hair salon the other day to cut my bags and the person that did my hair it was in a rush and did a horrible job. I wash the hair after that and it looks horrible, I showed a picture like a wanted but it is really bad the way it look right now. I don't recommend this hair salon."

"If I could have given No stars I would.... Turned up for my appointment that I’d made a few weeks prior as a new client and received a lukewarm reception as struggled to confirm my booking. Took a seat expecting that the stylist would soon be with me to get the job started. Sat there for quite a while until it dawned on me that my stylist had just started to colour another clients hair. When I approached her to clarify the situation was given a non too friendly explanation that she didn’t know what appointments she had that day and seemed unconcerned that a new client was left unattended without any explanation or apology. The salon had my phone number so could have rung me to avoid wasting my time and disappointment. Very unprofessional salon in my view. NB: review done on behalf of my partner who wishes to remain anonymous."
