"Amazing customer service. My daughter who is 7 has been suffering from a painful heel for a few days. Was walking past the shop and thought we would stop to see if they could offer any advice, and they sure did. All the ladies were all friendly and really attentive. They offered advice and shared lots of tips as well as recommend appropriate products. Really caring and professional would definitely come back and recommend. Thank you for all your help your suggestions has already made such a difference and for the first time in a few days she has been able to walk without limping. Thank you"
"First class service on a innersole fitting. Denise was great. I would go as far as to say the service was the best I have had in a retail store. Will definitely be back."
"I went to the Watford branch today for insoles because I've been experiencing really uncomfortable arch pain from plantar fasciitis, and I'm so happy that I did! The sales assistant was really lovely and helpful (I think her name was Laila??). She explained every part of the foot scan and insole-making process, and waited for me to test my insoles and special socks to make sure they felt comfortable. I'm really pleased with my new insoles! There's an option where you can have the info from your foot scan sent to your email address. Unfortunately I never received mine after I entered it into the system in the store. And when I emailed the company to request it, no one replied to me."
"Went to the Watford store today. Kristin was so helpful and thorough, explained exactly how insoles could help. She spent a lot of time going through different ideas and options. Really good customer service."
"I have huge feet so went to somewhere specialised for a change. Staff friendly enough and recommended these things by a manufacturer called Josef Seibel which are German and figure that said manufacturer was consequently decent... they're actually rubbish and have lasted a few months only. Pretty sure that the manufacturer is basically a white label of some Chinese thing - I have Church's that have lasted more than 15 years. Additionally they said my feet were very difficult to fit... well they are for a normal shoe place sure, but not by 'specialist' standards imo - to bring up Church's again they have lasts which fit me. So pointless if you have big feet. Maybe for other specialist uses more useful."
