"The Tommy Hilfiger store had a good variety of clothing and accessories, but nothing particularly unique or exclusive to the store. The staff were ok. Prices were in line with what you'd expect for a designer brand. Overall, it's a solid option,but don't expect any exceptional shopping experience beyond what you'd find in other stores carrying the brand."

"The Lakeside, Thurrock branch has appalling customer service! I asked for a different size and they laughed as though I could not afford it in the first place. I am an ethnic minority and I went with my father whose English is broken. The way they laughed felt very targeted I’m sorry, you work for Tommy Hilfiger. You are not Tommy Hilfiger. Never returning again."

"Completely appalled. I went in this store to get something for my partner for his birthday and Christmas. As soon as I entered the store I was followed around, two employees followed me right to the corner of the store where the shirts were. I could feel them staring at me, my H&M home bag then at each other. I looked around to see if anyone else in store was being followed but they were not. There was 5 employees on shift, two were at the front of the store, two were on me and one in the middle of the store. Honestly I’ve never been treated so horribly before. When I asked the young man why he was following me he claimed he wasn’t but was so rude. Having worked in retail I know exactly what he was doing. Despite saying he wasn’t following me, as soon as I went to leave, both him and the girl he was with moved away from where they had followed me to and went off into separate areas. I could tell the young man had an attitude so I approached the two ladies at the front who seemed okay, I said I would like to file a complaint please because your employee has been following me around the store like a thief. It’s made me very uncomfortable as a customer and I’m also pregnant. At this point the young man bolted over and started to interject but he was so so rude. I asked him for his name as I would like to complain because I feel I have been racially profiled and falsely stereotyped and he said ‘legally I don’t have to give you a name’ so I said fine is there an email address or anything? At this point their attitude completely changed including the two ladies who were okay at first. One of the ladies said to me ‘ he had to follow you there to make sure you’re alright’ so I said he was following me then?! Then she denied it. I said he did not come over and approach me and ask if I needed anything or inform me of any running promotions instore - as per normal customer service. He just followed me and I could tell they were ‘keeping an eye on me’. The young man quickly interjected again, very rudely saying ‘ I took my colleague over there for a private chat, we weren’t following you’. At this point I could tell they were panicking and just saying any old thing. Their attitudes were so horrible and it ended up being 4 against the customer, not a single sorry or anything. The young man eventually gave me a generalised customer service email. Again emailed Tommy Hilfiger only to be palmed off twice with 20% off, which I will not use obviously. No reassurance that the matter will be investigated or the colleagues dealt with nothing. This is how Tommy Hilfiger treat their customers, you can be abused by their colleagues and they fry and buy you out for 10%. Anyway, I went into All Saints instead and the customer service was impeccable. Greeted with a smile, told about all the offers instore - a lovely chat at the till. It was a great contrast to Tommy Hilfiger and really turned a terrible experience around."

"NEVER SHOPPING AT TOMMY AGAIN Im appalled at the service in this store; the store manager (ANDREEA TRIHENCA) would not complete a simple refund for a faulty item! When i visited the neighbouring store in Bluewater within the same hour, I was refunded without ANY issues. Are your managers no longer aware of basic consumer rights in 2022? Tommy Hilfiger please explain?"

"One of the rubbish customer service do not order if they don’t have in stock they told me you can pick it up next week went 10 days after and staff was rude because have to go abroad but when they order assure me order will me here also said to me he is going to call security because I told them I would like refund but he said you will get if you don’t pick up any way avoid this store I will never buy anything from this store. Horrible people to deal with it ."
