Suggested I'd do a chargeback and the guy laughed at me and said 'good luck with that, Buddy', 'Why should we give you all the money back when we've had costs', 'Do you not have travel insurance?'... about 3 months later I got the chargeback for the full figure so I'd suggest anyone else they tried this with to do the same. I'd used them 4 times before this but won't be using them again. Thanks for the chargeback, Buddy."

"When we were researching a dream holiday for my wife & two young boys we came across Florida4Less, I now wish that we hadn't. In the initial contact I was assured by Jon that the company was owned by The Cooperative Travel (as is still stated on their web site today). With this safeguard & in good faith I paid for flights, villa & car hire with Florida 4 Less, and a few months later made a second payment so we had less to pay on the payment date, When this date came around in October this year I called to pay the balance. This was the first time i was told that they couldn't take our balance payment as they had been sold to Thomas Cook & had then gone into administration. Our booking had been sold to Hays Travel. Hays travel have not contacted us at all for the last 6 weeks, we had to contact them in the end. When we received our documents & a request for the balance we were informed that we were staying in a hotel, aside from this most of the booking information was wrong. When we pointed this out to Hays Travel they asked US to tell them the correct details before asking again for the balance. I have requested a full refund from both Florida4Less (who were happy to take my payments) and Hays travel, both have refused to refund us. We are now unable to book our seats on the flight, book park tickets or arrange with the schools for the kids to have time off because ultimately Florida4Less miss-sold me a package under the guise of being Coop, at no point was Thomas Cook mentioned as I would have not booked in the first place. I would advise anyone to avoid booking with Florida4Less as you have very little protection & will have no control over who you actually travel with."
